We have tried at least a dozen bands over the last two years, and all were good, some
were fantastic, but one band stands well above the rest as far as being the most popular, and that is The Stella Bass
Band. The crowd at Cooters just cannot get enough of this great Band. In May, when the show was over, there were
shouts for ..."Just one more.." and of course the Band played an encore. Due to their popularity, Cooters has made the decision to book The Stella Bass Band each month for the remainder
of the year, beginning on August 21st. Stella's band will be here August 21st, Sept. 18th, October 9th, November 20th
and December 11th. These are all Saturday nites, and doors will open at 7 P.M. with music starting at 7:30 each event.
Couples will be $25 and singles $15.
Cooters will also be available for private parties on other dates, and we have been approached by other bands and
we may rent out Cooters to these bands for them to hold their concerts/dances, but Cooters sponsorship of bands will be limited
to The Stella Bass Band unless otherwise noted. |
